Electro Acoustics & Video Delivers Immersive AV at the National Cowgirl Museum

Fort Worth-based integration specialist Electro Acoustics & Video Inc. has completed an award-winning immersive AV installation at the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, deploying Hippotizer Meuse MX media servers as the core of a storytelling experience designed to bring the museum’s inductee histories to life through spatial audio and synchronized video.

The project represents the intersection of two trends reshaping museum AV: the shift toward narrative immersion as the primary visitor experience model, and the increasing sophistication of media server technology that makes high-resolution, multi-channel spatial experiences achievable at institutional budgets. The Hippotizer Meuse MX handles real-time video playback and processing across multiple synchronized outputs, enabling seamless visual environments that museum visitors increasingly expect from premium exhibitions.

Electro Acoustics & Video has a long history in the Dallas–Fort Worth cultural and entertainment market. The firm’s involvement as lead integrator reflects the continued centralization of AV system design in specialist firms with both technical depth and cultural venue experience. Museums present a specific integration challenge: visitor dwell times are unpredictable, content must be maintainable by non-technical staff, and the system must operate reliably without the IT infrastructure of a corporate installation.

For the AV and systems integration community, the National Cowgirl Museum project is a useful reference installation: a regional cultural institution, a purpose-built immersive narrative experience, an award-recognized outcome, and a local integrator as the delivery vehicle. It’s also a reminder that immersive storytelling demand is national, not just a coastal phenomenon.
